PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

LEVELCOOK Co., Ltd. ("LEVELCOOK", "we", or "us") processes only the personal information needed to respond to inquiries and protects it in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

Effective July 30, 2026

How the inquiry form works

The factory assessment form does not send or store entries on a LEVELCOOK server. Submitting the form opens a prepared draft in the visitor's email application. LEVELCOOK receives the inquiry and the personal information it contains only if the visitor chooses to send that email.

01

Why we process information

We process personal information to review and answer an inquiry, provide the consultation requested by the sender, and manage any related follow-up.

  • Identify the sender and their company
  • Conduct an initial review of the facility and production scope
  • Discuss a factory assessment, potential pilot, and next steps
  • Take steps requested by the sender before entering into a potential contract
02

Information we may receive

We may process the following information when the visitor sends it to us by email.

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Work email
  • Factory location
  • Current or potential products
  • Certifications
  • Operating challenge and other inquiry details

The web form uses the entries only within the browser to prepare an email draft. Please do not include identification numbers, health information, financial information, or other sensitive details that are not needed for the inquiry.

03

Legal basis

We may process information to take steps requested by the individual before entering into a potential contract. Where consent is required, we rely on the consent the sender provides when submitting the inquiry.

04

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information received by email for one year after the inquiry and related follow-up have ended, then delete it.

If applicable law requires a different retention period, we keep only the information required for that period and use it solely for the required purpose. Electronic records are deleted so they are no longer available for ordinary use.

05

Sharing, service providers, and international transfers

We do not disclose inquiry information to third parties unless applicable law specifically permits it or the individual has separately consented.

If our email receipt or storage arrangements involve a service provider or an international transfer, we will publish the relevant provider, processing activity, destination, and transfer method in this policy and follow any procedure required by applicable law.

06

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, visitor analytics, or advertising trackers. If a visitor opens an email application, that application and email service may operate under their own privacy policies.

07

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing for your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send a request to the contact below. We may need to verify the identity of the person making the request.

A request may be limited where retention is required by law or another lawful ground applies.

08

Security measures

We limit access to personal information to people who need it for their work and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including email account access controls, retention management, and secure deletion practices.
